1 - What about birth control pills or injections?

With birth control the Fat On The Move Essences will not interfere with birth control methods, however as your body becomes shapelier and you feel more energetic there is a possibility that your fertility could increase.  So take extra precautions and be mindful that a healthier body is a more fertile body.

2 - What happens if I stop dropping weight during the protocol?

This is referred to as the plateau effect where for a day or two the scale reading doesn't change. DO NOT PANIC. This can be normal. The body is currently losing and reshaping It's a natural response of the body to take a moment while it uses your calories for energy.  Drink some extra water and look at the protocol under the section “The Plateau” for lots of solutions.

3 - What foods contain hidden sugars?

Some “hidden” sugars are: Barley malt, Beet sugar, Cane-juice crystals, Caramel, Carob syrup, Corn syrup, Date sugar, Demerara sugar, Dextran, Dextrose, Malt, Ethyl maltol, Fructose, Fruit juice, Galactose, Glucose, Grape sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Honey, Invert sugar, Lactose, Malt syrup, Maltodextrose, Mannitol, Molasses, Muscovado, Panocha, Refiner's Syrup, Rice syrup, Sorbitol, Sorghum syrup, Sucrose, Treacle, Molasses. Check the labels of the products that you put on your skin and leave on as they will be absorbed.  Such applications are body lotions and face moisturizer.

4 - Will I lose more Weight if I take more of the Fat On The Move Essences?

NO. You must adhere strictly to the dosage on the bottle.

5 - Does the weight loss slow down after the first month?

I don’t suggest that you stay on the protocol Stage 2 for more than a month.  It best to follow the plan which suggests you conduct a 21 day or a 28 day Stage 2 500c per day diet while taking the Fat On The Move Essences. Then move into Stages 3 and 4 to allow the body to reshape.   Stage 4 is most important to identify what foods you are reactive to, which foods put weight on and how your weight fluctuates.

6 - The Fat On The Move Essences diet is very low calorie, will I get hungry?

Surprisingly no, this is one of the few diets that doesn’t leave you craving more food.  Because your body can turn to the fat as a source of energy it naturally suppresses your appetite while moving the fat around.

 

7 - Why haven’t I heard about Fat On The Move before?

Dr ATW Simeons of Rome, Italy researched and prescribed a system to dramatically help with obesity and weight gain.  He used this system successfully from the early 1940’s to 1970. The system has been suppressed ever since. But the influential and rich and famous know about it. At this moment in time the internet has given this system to the general public but there are moves to stop Hcg for weight control and obesity, yet again. Dr Simeons work in essence, is part of the 7 Stage Fat on the Move program but only a small part.

Times are very different now to what they were in Dr Simeons day.  We have mostly an unrelenting work load, stress, chemicals in our food supply, our environment and in our water supply.  We have a culture that consumes a large amount of pre packaged and convenience foods.  Artificial sweeteners, flavours , colours and preservatives venture into our foods every day and we have mobile phones, computers and all types of gamma rays and many more electromagnetic fields floating around and affecting our bodies to such a degree as never experienced before, well at least in recorded history. We are living in a different age and the 7 Step Fat on the Move protocol had to encompass the latest research, Maureen O’Brien’s 3 decades of clinical observation and experience and recognize the difficulties that the human body is faced with in today’s society.

 

8 - Will my metabolism slow down if I'm on a very low calorie diet?

When calories are cut back significantly the body will store the fat and then the metabolism will lower. As a result the fat is then used as energy and burned out of our system when the energy is exhausted. It is quite a natural process and has no negative effect to the body.

9 - What products should I avoid during the very low calorie phase of the diet?

All oils/fats, sugars & starches must be completely avoided while doing the Fat On The Move Essences + diet Stage 2. Use oil-free moisturizers and lotions. Wash hands quickly after touching fatty foods, oils, etc. Check any supplements that you may plan to continue taking for oils and hidden sugars. These can quickly work against you.

10 - Are the Fat On The Move Essences safe to use?

Our Fat On The Move Essences are extremely safe to use, and there are no known side effects.

11 - Can I eat eggs and cheese?

No!  Just stay with the instructions.  If vegetarians are carrying out the protocol then milk, egg and cheese is allow but this is a different regime altogether and not covered in the standard handouts. Stay with the protocol. It is only for 23 days.

 

12 - What are Fat On The Move Essences and how do they work?

Our Fat On The Move Essences & Diet Program is known to suppress hunger and get the fat on the move but only when used in conjunction with a 500 calorie diet of specifically chosen food, eaten in exact proportions and cooked without any fat or oil what so ever, should it turn into a fat burning mechanism inside the body, without any deterioration of muscle. The Essences are a signature memory of sound, crystal, flower vibration, mineral projection and a glycoprotein in colloidal mineral water which is preserved with a small percentage of alcohol as a preservative.

 

13 - Why don't pregnant women lose weight with Fat On The Move?

 If the Fat On The Move Essences works so well for weight loss, why don't pregnant women lose weight?  Because the Fat On The Move Essences mobilize fat to be used in other parts of the body where needed during pregnancy. When a woman is pregnant she usually sustains a high calorie diet. Our Essences only works for weight loss in conjunction with the 500 calorie diet.

14 - How much weight can I expect to lose on the program?

The weight loss is different with each individual. The average is up to 500g per day over the period of time that you carry out the 500c per day Stage 2 of the protocol.  This depends on many things including how much sleep you get, if you eat more white fish, if you detox at the same time, how much water you drink and how the bowels function.  More weight is generally lost in the first 7 days as the hypothalamus is functioning to adjust the fluid balance of the body.

15 - Are the Fat On The Move Essences homeopathic?

Fat On The Move Essences  are a combination of ingredients from natural sources and so a homeopathic can be extracted from that same source.

16 - Should I take the Fat On The Move Essences continuously seven days per week?

Yes. If you skip a day, you have to make up for that day you missed by adding to the number of days you are on the Fat On The Move Essences.  We encourage 24 days of continuous dosing.

17 - Will the Fat On The Move Essences interfere with medications I am taking?

Our Fat On The Move Essences will not interfere with medication, however, as you drop a dress size and reduce the weight, especially around the abdominal area, then your general health should improve and a body that has had a weight loss should start to function better and in this instance your medication may, under medical supervision, need to be reduced. If you are taking medication it is best to consult your medical doctor first, before you commence the Fat On The Move Protocol, to find out his opinion. This protocol is not suitable for Type 2 insulin dependent diabetics.  If you are a type 2 diabetic then the protocol can be undertaken but only with medical approval and blood sugar levels must be taken at least 4 times a day. Ask your doctor to monitor your progress. As your body becomes healthier and you drop those kilos you may not need as much medication and this is why medical supervision is essential. Do not reduce your medication without your doctor’s approval.

18 - Would I lose the same weight eating a low calorie diet without your Essences?

Typically yes you would, however the Reshape Essences support the strength of muscle tissue while your body intakes 500 calories per day. This is why specific foods and proteins are essential in the 500c per day diet. The body fat is converted to be used for your energy needs.  A low calorie diet without Fat On The Move Essences would result in making it easier to gain the weight back rather than sustaining it. The Fat On The Move Essences help you move through without hunger.

 

19 - Will I experience any changes in my menstrual cycle taking your Essences?

The dosage is too low to change anything in the menstrual cycle.

20 - I would like to do a trial of this diet to see any potential results. Is that possible?

No. You need to make a full 23-day commitment for the first round. Even if you have less weight to lose, a full 23-day on the Reshape Essences is required the first time around. You don’t want to set yourself up to regain the weight that you lose. It is critical that you understand the diet. It is different than any diet you most likely have ever done and the results are like nothing you've ever experienced. I love this protocol for efficiency and long lasting results. It is the best weight diminishing, waist reshaping protocol you can find.  But, you must understand and follow the protocol diligently and as it is set out.

21 - When should I not take Fat On The Move Essences?

Do not use if you are pregnant or lactating.  If you are asthmatic, epileptic or diabetic.  If you are on prescribed medication, please consult with your medical doctor before starting and always be guided by your doctor’s advice.  If you choose your doctor can consult with this clinic to work in conjunction to improve your health and monitor you through the protocol.

22 - Will I become Constipated?

Constipation can be experienced among some individuals, but as long as you are drinking the suggested amount of water and eating vegetables and fruits in their raw form, you shouldn’t need a stool softener. If you do experience some constipation discomfort then take some psyllium hulls in water or some cascara tablets, increase the amount of water you are drinking and take some probiotics.

23 - I am a vegetarian. Can I do this protocol?

Vegetarians should contact this clinic for full instructions and a protocol designed specifically for your vegetarian needs.

24 - How do the Fat On The Move Essences work?

Dr Simeons discovered that small doses of Hcg would enable dieters to subsist comfortably on a 500 calorie-per-day diet while their bodies could access its own “excessive” fat.  The Fat On The Move Essences help break down and convert the fats from the fat cells so that the fat can be used by your body for energy. This is a mechanism of helping appetite suppression during the very low calorie phase of the diet.

25 - Why Gorge?

When you begin taking the Fat On The Move Essences, its effect is cumulative. When you begin the very low calorie stage of the diet, your body will be shocked into a different mode which makes the body start to “requesting” the use of the stored fat in those abnormal fat cells. You will be living off the normal fat stores that you built up while gorging during those first 3 days. If you don't gorge properly you could be hungry during the next Stage. Don't worry that you will put on weight as you will lose any additional weight gained during gorging very quickly. Make sure you drink enough water so your body has what it needs to mobilize the stored fat and get the fat on the move

26 - Once I stop taking the Fat On The Move Essences, how many days should I continue at the very low calorie diet?

72 hours. That is 72 hours from the last dosing.  What I suggest is that you do strictly 2 days of the diet plan without the Fat On The Move Essences. On the 3rd day add extra protein during breakfast and at dinner time start the “no starch-no sugars” Stage 4 with lots of lean protein coconut oils, avocado, nuts and plenty of vegetables and some cheese.

27 - Can I exercise during this diet?

Breaking down abnormal fat cells is somewhat taxing on your body. So I discourage strenuous exercise during the very low calorie Stage 2 of this diet. Gentle stretching, yoga, Tai Chi and walking are excellent ways to tone.  Jumping on a small trampoline is also very good.  However, it is important to allow your body to put its energy into this process by getting plenty of rest, drinking plenty of water, and slowing down your activity when you feel your body needs it. This allows the body to concentrate on the process of reshaping and getting that fat on the move. Once you are out of the very low calorie phase of the diet and in stabilization, you are encouraged to exercise regularly as usual as much as you'd like.

28 - Why does Fat On The Move Reshape?

Conspicuous fat stores are pocketed in those difficult to remove places around the hips, thighs, stomach, and upper arms. Your “structural fat”, the fat that is critical to the muscles and organs, to be protected. This is how you end up with a firmer reshaped body on this protocol than what you may previously have experienced on other diet programs. The Fat On The Move Essences by them self are not responsible for the weight loss yet, in conjunction with the diet, you can lose weight safely and quickly. In addition, the Reshape Essences make it possible to maintain a steady weight reduction and to maintain that shape.

29 - Can men safely use the Fat On The Move Essences?

Yes. Men have found great success, even more so than the women. Men seem to lose at a very constant rate.

30 - Should I use your Essences during menstruation?

It is best to plan your initial 24 days of taking the Fat On The Move Essences in between menses to maximize the results. If you have already started it is fine to continue dosing the Reshape Essences through menstruation. Either way it is no problem.

31 - Are there any side effects with your Essences and diet?

Some people claim to have a slight headache within the first week. This is probably due to the stopping of foods to which you were previously reacting to that have now been omitted from your food intake. You could be withdrawing from sugar or coffee or dairy products.However, when a subsequent round of the diet is commences this does not occur.

32 - Can I Use Artificial Sweeteners?

MOST DEFINITELY NO. Do not use artificial sweeteners in any way and do not consume any food that contain artificial sweetener such as aspartame, sucrolose or saccharine on the label. These artificial sweeteners interfere with the body’s ability to mobilize fat and I believe are detrimental to good health. They may adversely affect many body organs including the hypothalamus and add to the incidence of obesity.

33 - Will I keep the weight off?

After you complete the 4 Stages you will find that your appetite has changed and your eating behavior will have changed and you will like the shape you are achieving. This is the perfect opportunity to adopt a healthy lifestyle to maintain your weight with lasting results.  You may find that a minimum amount of exercise will maintain a very healthy body.  If you find that your weight or your mindset is fluctuating then you may need to continue on with the 7 Step Fat on the Move Reshape Protocol where you find out your food intolerances, chemical allergies and other foods that cause you to put on weight. The protocol moves into self development, self worth and many other aspects of healthy weight control and healthy body and mind.

34 - What is the Hypothalamus?

The hypothalamus is a part of the diencephalon area of the brain.  This is the vital part of the the brain that controls all of the autonomic functions of the body, including breathing, heart bear, digestion, sleep – wake cycles and the complex functions of the endocrine system.  One of the functions of the endocrine system is the regulation and control of your metabolism and weight. The hypothalamus is easily influenced by your thoughts, words and the actions you perform.  It has a lot to do with your emotions, addictions and appetite control.  Plasticity of the brain is a known fact today and the hypothalamus is involved when you change a habit.

 

35 - What are the different Stages of the Fat on the Move Protocol?

Stage 1.  Worm yourself and start taking the Reshape Essences and gorge on any foods you want. Eat plenty of good fats, creams, butter, oils and eat until you are completely full for three days, concentrating on foods high in fats and oils rather than sugar.

Stage 2. Continue with the Fat On The Move Essences and start the very low calorie diet of specific foods only.  This is continued for 21 days

Stage 3. Stop taking the Fat On The Move Essences and continue on the very low calorie diet for 3 days.

Stage 4. Reintroduce and maintenance Stage.  increase the amount of protein you eat at each meal and your food intake and begin eating good fats such as coconut oil, avocados, olive oil, butter, cream and plenty of fresh vegetables and pure proteins.  No sugar and starches are eaten in this stage which lasts for another 21 day. Take particular note of the foods you eat and if you increase on the scale the next morning.

36 - What is in the Fat On The Move Essences?

 The ingredients include a combination of amino acids, glycoprotein, flower essences, and a lot of LOVE.

37 - How much of the Fat On The Move Essences do I need?

How much do I take daily? You will need 1 bottle of the Fat On The Move Essences to complete the 4 Stages.  This will be more than enough.  If you want to continue dropping and reshaping then refill bottles are available. The dose is 10 drops taken 3 times a day. It is important to maximize the absorption of the Fat On The Move Essences by not eating or drinking anything for a good 20 minutes before or after a dose.

38 - Can children and the elderly take your Essences?

No. Children under the age of 16 are not treated with the Fat On The Move Essences at my clinic.
